LTC stands for Leadership Training for Christ (McDermott Road participates in the North Texas region, sometimes referred to as NTLTC) and is for students currently enrolled in 3rd-12th grade. The dates for this year's convention are April 18-20, 2025. "The purpose of NTLTC is to plan, organize, promote, and execute programs that assist young Christians to develop their knowledge of the Bible and biblical principles, enhance their communication and leadership skills, and orient their energies and abilities to areas of Christian service."
